Everyone's favorite little action camera finally got the long awaited 24p update last week. GoPro shipped Protune which means your GoPro Hero2 is only a firmware update away from a higher bit rate and 24 frames per second. That's okay, because this is not nor is it intended to be a round-up of every single camera Sony has available. When it comes to editing and post-processing, some products are a reference in the market, but with so many new programs available, some FREE, the future may be different. Or, maybe I should say I showed them how Alexa desaturates color with overexposure: once a hue passes a point at or near middle gray in brightness, its saturation locks and it only gets brighter.  |
